Bronwyn leads the HanRoy legal team and has over 30 years legal experience, principally practising in the area of commercial law in mining and resources.
Bronwyn has extensive experience in advising upon, negotiating and drafting of all types of commercial agreements, including project and tenement acquisitions, joint ventures (both incorporated and unincorporated), split commodity agreements, land access, native title and heritage agreements, mining services contracts, royalty agreements and ore off-take agreements. Bronwyn has also advised on and prepared complex documentation associated with the development of major iron ore projects in the north west of Western Australia involving State agreements and rail and port access issues. In addition, she has previously worked for two state government departments, acquiring administrative law experience and a practical perspective on the workings of government.
As well as her legal qualifications, Bronwyn holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Prior to joining Hancock Prospecting, Bronwyn was a partner in the commercial team of one of Australia’s largest national law firms. Bronwyn has been named in Best Lawyers™ Australia for Mining Law, Natural Resources Law and Commercial Law.
